Bagnall Haus is a freehold development on Upper East Coast Road in Singapore's District 16. Its original sales brochure identifies 113 homes across three five-storey residential blocks, with an elevated pool deck inside the Level 2 Haus Courtyard. The same brochure states expected vacant possession on 31 December 2028.

Understanding the planned pool setting
A 25m courtyard pool
The brochure places the pool between the three residential blocks within the elevated Haus Courtyard. A 25m route may support progressive distance work more readily than a compact leisure pool, but the label alone does not establish dedicated training lanes or uninterrupted use.
The pool remains a shared residential amenity. A coach must adjust drills around residents, preserve entrances and exits, and avoid implying that a private lesson includes private control of the water.
No separate children’s pool is identified
The reviewed site-plan legend names one 25m Lap Pool and does not separately label a wading or children’s pool. Young learners should not be booked on the assumption that standing-depth water will be available.
After completion, the instructor should inspect depth signs, steps, ledges, handholds and the easiest safe exit. A child who cannot stand in the selected teaching zone may need close in-water support or a different approved venue.
