Classes at Pasir Ris come in three sizes, and the right one depends on the learner’s level and confidence more than their age.
| Format | Ratio | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Private | 1:1 | Beginners, anxious learners, stroke correction |
| Pair | 1:2 | Siblings or friends at the same level |
| Small group | A few learners per coach | Learners who can already float and kick |
Ask us for current fees for each format before you book.
Placement
The first session checks water comfort, floating, breathing and kicking. The coach then suggests a level. If a group doesn’t fit, you can switch format.
Levels and SwimSafer
Levels follow skills, not birthdays. Classes can practise SwimSafer stage skills. Official tests are registered separately, and no number of lessons guarantees a pass.
Schedules
Class times depend on coach availability. The complex is open 8:00am to 9:30pm and is closed on Wednesdays unless it is a public holiday, so no classes run then. Current hours are on the official ActiveSG page.
SwimmingClasses.sg is independent of ActiveSG and Sport Singapore. Pool facts: Pasir Ris pool visitor guide. Ready to book? Check Pasir Ris lesson availability.
