You do not need to provide a full home address in the first enquiry. A neighbourhood, pool name or postal code is enough to begin checking coverage.

- the pool and access arrangement;
- the matched instructor and relevant credentials;
- the schedule and lesson duration;
- the current fee and any separate venue charges;
- what happens next if no suitable match is available.
