Verified rooftop swimming pool
Far East Organization's exact-project page states that garden landscaping surrounds a rooftop pool and gym, and its facilities list specifically names a lap pool. The original project material corroborates the development identity and integrated layout.
The lap pool is the default assessment area. A separately listed jacuzzi is not treated as teaching water. “Lap pool” is a facility label, not proof of a standard 25m or 50m course. No reviewed primary source establishes its dimensions, depth, lanes or reserved coaching zone; distance drills should use a measured route.
Residential access in a mixed-use development
