Communal swimming pool evidence
PropertyGuru, 99.co, Cashew, Nestia and current exact-development records independently list a swimming pool at Bleu @ East Coast. Preserved exact-project marketing material also invites residents to swim laps and refers to the pool deck, corroborating ordinary swimming use without establishing measurements.
SRX lists a wading pool, while other sources identify a jacuzzi. These are secondary aquatic areas, not substitutes for assessing the main pool.
