Claydence will remain a private estate. Nearby public amenities will not provide access to its residential facilities.

The planned rooftop pool appears outdoors and will be affected by lightning, heavy rain, wind, heat and glare. Written terms should cover notice, credits, make-ups, expiry and access-related cancellations.
