Cote d'Azur Swimming Lessons
Cote d'Azur is a completed 612-home condominium on Marine Parade Road. Frasers Property confirms the development and its unit count, while URA-derived data supports five residential postal codes.
Residents may enquire about kids, adult, ladies, beginner, private or compatible small-group swimming lessons. A preserved developer-attributed site plan and current imagery corroborate a central main swimming pool, but management approval and a direct safety assessment are required before lessons begin.
Quick answer
Swimming lessons may be feasible when Cote d'Azur management permits the named instructor and a resident arranges authorised entry. The central main pool is the first teaching candidate after the instructor verifies its current route, depths, boundaries, exits and interaction with resident circulation.
No lane, quiet period or exclusive section is promised. Children's, fun, wading, jacuzzi, beach-entry, feature, decorative and private water are excluded by default.
Verified identity and address note
Frasers Property describes Cote d'Azur as a 612-home residential development on Marine Parade Road. URA-derived data also totals 612 homes across postal codes 449297, 449298, 449300, 449301 and 449302.
Current project records list six addresses from 60 to 70 Marine Parade Road, including 64 Marine Parade Road with postal code 449299. The URA-derived residential row omits that postal code.
This guide does not assume that 64 Marine Parade Road contains homes. It may identify a common facility, entrance or other non-residential component, but its function requires official confirmation. Residents should provide their exact residential block, authorised visitor entrance, security procedure and internal meeting point.
What the pool evidence supports
A preserved site plan attributed to Frasers Centrepoint Homes shows the development layout and a central pool. Current Singapore project imagery and records corroborate swimming-pool infrastructure and separately identify children's, jacuzzi, fun or wading water.
Historical promotional descriptions refer to a simulated sand-wash or pebble-beach edge. That visual concept does not prove a measured standing depth, stable floor, suitable beginner zone or safe teaching boundary today.
The instructor should assess the clearest route within the main pool first. Pool length, depth, lane markings and current usable geometry must be measured rather than inferred from photographs or promotional language.
Management and resident access
Before booking, residents should contact the current official management channel and review the latest by-laws, pool notices and visitor procedure. Ask whether the named external instructor, paid coaching and proposed one-to-one or small-group format are permitted.
Confirm identification, resident accompaniment, instructor qualifications, insurance, participant limits, approved hours, equipment, photography and any booking requirement. Supply the exact block and entry instructions rather than only the estate name.
A resident invitation or lesson payment does not reserve water space, create priority or override management directions. If approval is unavailable, use another authorised venue.
First-session safety assessment
Before recurring lessons, verify:
- approval for the named instructor and class arrangement;
- exact residential block, entrance and meeting point;
- the correct main pool and approved teaching section;
- current usable distance, measured depths and transitions;
- stable starting and turning boundaries;
- the shape and gradient of any beach-like entry;
- lane markings, obstructions and resident circulation;
- steps, ladders, ledges and dependable recovery points;
- separation from children's, fun and jacuzzi water;
- deck grip, drainage, glare and water clarity;
- cleaning, closure and maintenance notices;
- lightning shelter and evacuation route; and
- emergency contacts and supervision requirements.
Stop or adapt when weather, crowding, water condition, poor visibility or management instructions make the activity unsafe. Historical plans cannot confirm present conditions.
Kids swimming lessons
Young beginners may practise safe entry, bubbles, face immersion, supported floating, kicking and returning to a reachable wall. The chosen main-pool section must suit the child's height, confidence, communication needs and recovery ability.
A beach-like edge can look welcoming but is not automatically a safe teaching zone. Its depth, slope, surface and route must be checked directly. Children's, fun and wading pools remain excluded unless management and the instructor separately establish an appropriate permitted section.
School-age learners may progress through freestyle and backstroke coordination, breaststroke timing, treading water and practical self-rescue. Confident swimmers can use measured repeats and turns when the route stays clear.
Parents should disclose medical, sensory, behavioural or learning needs and supervise siblings who are not participating.
Adult beginner and stroke coaching
Adult beginners can start with calm exhalation, balance, floating, standing recovery and short independent movement near a reliable exit. Nervous learners may repeat manageable stages before increasing distance or depth.
Water-confident adults may refine alignment, catch, rotation, breathing rhythm, breaststroke timing, turns, pacing and fitness. Repeats should use a route measured on the day rather than an assumed pool length.
Tell the instructor about injuries, mobility restrictions, exercise limits, medical advice and water anxiety before entering the water.
Ladies and female-instructor requests
Ladies may request a female instructor for comfort, privacy, cultural preference or safeguarding. Matching depends on instructor availability, Marine Parade coverage, timing and management approval.
The pool remains a shared condominium facility. A female coach does not create a women-only session, reserve a lane or guarantee visual privacy. Swimwear and equipment must follow current estate rules.
Private and compatible small groups
One-to-one lessons provide focused feedback and flexible pacing. “Private” describes the coaching format; it does not make the pool or route private.
Small groups may suit compatible siblings, couples or neighbours with similar confidence, goals and safe working depths. Large ability differences can complicate supervision and reduce useful practice time.
Everyone should remain in one visible, approved main-pool zone. Other aquatic areas must not be used for waiting, overflow practice or unsupervised play.
Scheduling, weather and fees
Residents can propose weekday or weekend times after checking pool hours, cleaning, maintenance and normal resident demand. The estate's 612-home scale calls for considerate shared-space planning, but unit count does not prove that any particular time will be crowded.
No recurring slot or quiet period is guaranteed. Singapore lightning and heavy rain require prompt suspension and movement to approved shelter. Written terms should cover weather, maintenance, denied entry and unexpected closure.
Fees depend on duration, format, participant count, instructor match, travel and access requirements. No Cote d'Azur-specific price is invented. Review the fees and rates guide and request a written quotation after access appears feasible.
Lessons may support SwimSafer preparation, but Cote d'Azur is not represented as an assessment or certification venue.

Sources and review note
Facts were reviewed on 28 August 2026 using URA-derived residential data, Frasers Property's current project record, preserved developer-attributed site-plan material and current Singapore project imagery and records. These support 612 homes and a central main pool. The sixth current address remains outside the five-address URA residential row. Current pool dimensions, depths, lanes, condition, hours, managing agent, visitor rules and paid-coach access require verification.
