What the government judgment proves
The Strata Titles Boards judgment is titled for EuHabitat and MCST Plan 4496. It refers to a swimming pool beside adjoining townhouse patios when discussing a dispute about glass panels and access between private areas.
This is authoritative, estate-specific evidence of a swimming-pool area. It is not a facility plan, pool inspection or coaching policy. The judgment does not publish a pool count, lap length, depths, lane markings, opening hours, present condition or visitor rules.
Its discussion of patio safety also reinforces a practical boundary: private townhouse areas and their pool-adjoining edges are not lesson access routes, waiting areas or equipment-storage spaces.
MCST and management approval
Current BCA-derived records identify MCST Plan 4496. A current directory records the management office at 230 Jalan Eunos, but current managing-agent appointments and policies can change.
Residents should confirm by-laws, pool notices and visitor procedure through the estate's official channel. Ask whether the named instructor, paid coaching and proposed lesson format are permitted.

Kids swimming lessons
Young beginners may practise safe entry, bubbles, face immersion, supported floating, kicking and returning to a reachable wall. The selected main-pool section must suit the child's height, confidence, communication needs and recovery ability.
Early practice should use a short visible route near a dependable exit in a verified depth. A children's or shallow pool is not automatically suitable for teaching and remains excluded unless explicitly authorised and independently assessed.
School-age learners may progress through freestyle and backstroke coordination, breaststroke timing, treading water and practical self-rescue. Confident swimmers can use measured repeats and turns when the route remains clear.

Ladies and female-instructor requests

The pool remains shared. A female coach does not create a women-only session, reserve a lane or guarantee visual privacy. Nearby townhouses do not create a private teaching area. Swimwear and equipment must follow current estate rules.
