Chip Eng Seng's 2013 and 2015 corporate reporting identifies Nine Residences as a 186-unit residential condominium and distinguishes it from Junction Nine's 146 retail units. EdgeProp and current transaction records corroborate the three residential addresses and a 99-year lease beginning on 30 April 2013.
The wider project includes two residential towers and six strata townhouses. This housing mix remains within the 186-home total; the retail units are separate.
Chip Eng Seng's 2015 annual report classifies the mixed development as completed in 2015, and its 2016 report states that Nine Residences and Junction Nine received TOP in 2015. EdgeProp agrees. PropertyGuru and some marketing pages use 2017, apparently reflecting a later opening or database convention. This page uses the stronger corporate 2015 evidence and keeps the difference visible.
Pool evidence and suitability
Preserved project material and multiple exact-development records identify a 50m lap pool. They also list an aquatic gym, children's waterplay areas, play lagoon, jacuzzi or spa zones, bubbling pool and decorative water. These names do not make every water feature appropriate or available for instruction.
For safe planning:
- consider the 50m lap pool first for general instruction;
- use child-oriented water only after learner-specific assessment;
- do not use aqua-gym, jacuzzi, spa, bubbling or decorative water as ordinary teaching pools;
- verify which pool and times residential management permits for coaching;
- inspect depth changes, steps, ledges and safe stopping points; and
