The brochure's site plan places an Infinity Swimming Pool on the sixth storey beside a Water Deck and Sun Deck. It does not publish the pool's length, depth, lane configuration or competition certification. Lessons therefore require an on-site suitability check rather than assumptions from marketing images.

Water Deck and Sun Deck

Adult beginners may work gradually on breathing, balance, floating, recovery to standing, propulsion and short coordinated movements. Private coaching can provide individual pacing and discreet feedback in a shared residential setting.
Tell the instructor about injuries, exercise restrictions or difficult water experiences. If the completed depth, edge layout or resident traffic does not suit a beginner, a different teaching venue may be recommended.
Ladies swimming lessons
Learners may request a female swimming instructor for comfort, privacy, cultural preference or safeguarding considerations. Availability depends on timing, estate access, service coverage and coach schedules.
The rooftop pool remains a shared facility. A female-coach request does not create a private or women-only environment, so expectations should be discussed before booking.
Stroke correction and fitness
Water-confident swimmers may work on freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, body position, breathing, turns, pacing and efficiency. Repeats must be designed around the observed clear distance rather than an unsupported pool length.
The coach should yield to residents and adjust drills if the swimming route becomes interrupted. Diving, starting blocks or competitive-course conditions must not be assumed.

Private lessons provide focused feedback and flexible progression. Small groups may suit siblings, relatives or residents with similar abilities and objectives.
Group size must comply with estate rules and preserve safe sightlines. A compact rooftop amenity can become crowded quickly, so large or mixed-level groups may be unsuitable.
Resident and management checks
Before paying for recurring lessons, ask the managing agent or MCST:
- whether external swimming instructors are currently permitted;
- whether identification, registration or insurance documents are required;
- whether a resident must register, escort or remain with the coach;
- which hours may be used for instruction;
- whether floats, kickboards or other teaching aids are allowed;
- whether facility booking or a fee applies; and
- how closures, complaints and busy conditions are handled.

Weather and safety
