The aqua gym, wellness pool, jacuzzi niche, massage jets and jet shower serve exercise or relaxation purposes. Built-in equipment, jets, seating and irregular paths can make them unsuitable for conventional stroke teaching.

Teaching should use only an assessed operational pool and follow management's equipment and booking rules.

Expected vacant possession is not actual TOP or pool opening. Residents should not purchase a Novo Place-specific package until lawful access begins, the pool is operational, management permission is confirmed and the proposed instructor has assessed the facility.

The planned pools appear outdoors and may be affected by lightning, heavy rain, wind, heat, glare and maintenance closures. Written terms should cover notice, credits, make-ups, expiry and access-related cancellations.
