What the planned pool evidence supports

The developer states that residents will have a sheltered heated pool within landscaped facilities at Level 27. At Level 32, it identifies a 50-metre lap pool and separately references a kids' pool.

This supports three planned residential aquatic contexts. It does not establish the final heated-pool purpose or dimensions, the lap pool's as-built measured route, depths, lane markings, permitted equipment, operating hours or suitability for a specific learner.
