This guide does not borrow facilities from Three Balmoral, One Balmoral or Balmoral Park.
Hiap Hoe gives the TOP date as 1 November 2012. PropertyGuru presents a 2013 completion year. Both labels are reported here instead of silently replacing one with the other; the official TOP statement is the basis for treating the estate as completed. The difference does not affect the need to check today’s pool and management rules.
The sources identify buildings at 5 and 5A Balmoral Road; the project records commonly display postcode 259786 for 5 Balmoral Road, while the local dwelling inventory also associates 259822 with 5A. Shared swimming water versus specialist and private pools
The SGX-hosted circular lists a communal lap pool, splash pool, hydromassage pool and aqua gym. It separately describes four penthouse homes with private swimming pools. The splash or wading area is assessment-only: its present design, traffic, depth and rules would need to fit the individual child and be approved by management. The hydromassage or hydrotherapy water, aqua gym and private penthouse pools are not offered as general lesson venues. A private pool mentioned in property marketing is not communal access for other residents or their coach.

Matching a lesson to the swimmer
For a child who is new to swimming, the first objective may be a calm approach to water, controlled breathing, holding a safe wall, floating with help and returning to a stable position. A child who can already swim may focus on breathing timing, body alignment, kicking efficiency or stroke coordination. The instructor can shorten a drill if other residents are using the shared lap pool. Progress is based on control and consistency, not an invented distance or a guaranteed number of lessons.
An adult beginner may prefer individual coaching for confidence, buoyancy and recovery.
