Trilive Swimming Lessons

Trilive is a completed freehold condominium with two shops at 111, 113 and 115 Tampines Road. Official records support 222 homes across three blocks.
The official page identifies a 30-metre sky pool, while the project architect describes a swimming pool. This guide assesses lesson options without assuming paid coaching is permitted.
Quick answer
Trilive has strong exact-project evidence for a communal swimming pool. Lessons may be possible when the hosting resident obtains management approval for the named instructor and the instructor verifies the approved water, access route and present safety conditions.
The historic 30-metre description does not prove that every teaching route is unobstructed or competition-certified. The instructor should verify usable distance on site.
Verified development identity
Roxy-Pacific’s official Trilive page identifies RH Tampines Pte Ltd as developer, describes the property as a condominium with two shops, lists 111, 113 and 115 Tampines Road, and states that the three blocks comprise 222 homes. A Roxy-Pacific annual report filed through SGX also records 222 residential units and two shop units at the same three addresses.
The URA-derived dwelling inventory independently records 222 homes and postal codes 535133, 533902 and 533901. Current 99.co data aligns on the three blocks, 222 units and a 2018 completion reference.
The developer page gave an expected TOP date of 30 December 2018. This was a forecast, not proof of legal completion; current sources describe Trilive as completed.
Exact-name and location safeguard
This page refers only to Trilive at 111–115 Tampines Road near Kovan in Singapore. It is not a generic page for “tri-living”, another project with a similar name, Tampines town generally, or a public swimming complex.
Because the project is associated with Kovan despite its Tampines Road address, enquiries should use the exact block and postal code.
Pool evidence and aquatic-zone boundaries
Roxy-Pacific’s official page calls the central facility a 30-metre sky pool. Kyoob Architects describes sky terraces, a swimming pool and common facilities. A preserved Trilive brochure also identifies the sky pool, a family lounge pool, a kid’s pool and aquatic-gym elements.
These labels do not make every water feature suitable for instruction. Ordinary swimming teaching should use only the management-approved swimming section. A child-oriented pool may support limited introductory activity only after its depth and rules are checked. Lounge, spa, aquatic-gym and decorative water should not be treated as interchangeable training space.
No reviewed source establishes current depths, width, lanes or an uninterrupted route. Historic material cannot replace an on-site assessment.
Three-block access planning
Before travel, confirm whether the coach should enter through 111, 113 or 115 Tampines Road. The resident should provide the correct postal code, visitor-registration procedure, drop-off or parking instructions, lift route and pool-deck meeting point.
Guest admission does not automatically authorise commercial coaching. The resident should accurately complete every notice, registration, accompaniment, indemnity or booking requirement.
Trilive’s two shop units do not create public access to the residential pool. A lesson booking also does not reserve the water or give the instructor priority over residents.
Management and security approval
Ask management whether the named instructor, learner count, format and time are permitted. Confirm requirements for qualifications, insurance, identification, resident presence, equipment and group size.
Check current rules for kickboards, floats, fins, photography, poolside waiting, noise, wet-weather stoppages and use of child-oriented water. Estate notices and security directions override historic brochures, portal descriptions and any previous access arrangement.
If external paid coaching is prohibited, the lesson cannot proceed at Trilive. SwimmingClasses.sg cannot grant access or override management.
First-session assessment
Before recurring lessons begin, verify:
- the correct block, entrance and meeting point;
- approval for each coach, learner and accompanying person;
- the exact pool section authorised for teaching;
- measured usable length, width and depth changes;
- walls, steps, handrails, ladders and recovery points;
- slopes, ledges, drains, jets and underwater equipment;
- separation from children’s, lounge, spa, gym and decorative water;
- deck grip, drainage, glare, shade and sightlines;
- ordinary resident use and maintenance periods;
- lightning shelter and emergency procedures; and
- rules for each proposed teaching aid.
The instructor should shorten drills, change the format or recommend another approved venue if the available section cannot safely support the learner’s goals.
Kids swimming lessons
Young beginners may work on safe entry and exit, bubbles, face immersion, supported balance, kicking and returning to a reachable wall. The selected water must suit the child’s height, confidence, communication needs and ability to recover.
School-age learners may progress to streamlining, freestyle and backstroke coordination, breaststroke timing, treading water and self-rescue habits. Repetition lengths should follow the measured usable route rather than the historic 30-metre label alone.
Parents should disclose relevant needs. Non-participating children require separate adult supervision around every aquatic zone.
Adult beginner and stroke coaching
Adult beginners can start with controlled exhalation, balance, floating, recovery to standing and short movement close to a dependable wall. Nervous learners should progress gradually without pressure to cross unfamiliar water.
Water-confident adults may work on alignment, breathing rhythm, efficiency and endurance, adapted to verified distance and resident traffic.
Tell the instructor about injuries, mobility restrictions, medical considerations or difficult water experiences before the first session.
Ladies and female-instructor requests
Ladies may request a female swimming instructor for comfort, cultural preference, privacy or safeguarding. Matching depends on instructor availability, Kovan coverage, schedule and successful estate access.
The pool is communal and may be visible from homes or common areas. A female instructor does not create a women-only setting, reserve the water or guarantee privacy.
Private and small-group formats
One-to-one lessons provide focused feedback and flexible pacing. “Private” describes the coaching arrangement, not exclusive use of the sky pool.
Small groups may suit compatible learners but must allow continuous supervision without obstructing residents.
Scheduling, weather and closures
Residents can propose weekday or weekend sessions after checking pool hours and maintenance. Wind, glare and weather exposure must be assessed rather than assumed from the “sky pool” label.
Outdoor lessons must stop during lightning warnings and unsafe weather. Agree in advance how lightning, heavy rain, maintenance, water-quality concerns, crowding or failed entry affects credits and make-up sessions.
Fees and booking expectations
Fees depend on lesson duration, format, participant count, instructor match, travel and access requirements. No Trilive-specific price is invented. Review the SwimmingClasses.sg fees and rates guide and request a current written quotation.
Confirm payment, cancellation, validity, weather terms and management permission before buying multiple sessions.
Water safety and SwimSafer
Condo lessons may build confidence, floating, recovery, strokes and water-safety habits. Trilive is not presented as an official SwimSafer assessment venue without separate programme and venue confirmation.
Frequently asked questions
Does Trilive have a swimming pool?
Yes. The developer’s official project page identifies a 30-metre sky pool, and the project architect independently identifies a swimming pool.
Can an external swimming instructor enter Trilive?
Only if current management permits the named coach and the hosting resident completes every access requirement.
Is the pool definitely 30 metres today?
The 30-metre label is supported by historic developer material. The instructor must still measure the approved usable route and check whether features or resident activity shorten it.
Can lessons use the kid’s or family lounge pool?
Only if management permits that exact section and the instructor verifies that its present depth, layout and shared conditions suit the proposed activity. They are not automatically substitutes for the swimming pool.
Sources and review note
Identity, unit count, addresses and aquatic evidence were reviewed on 29 August 2026 using Roxy-Pacific’s official Trilive page, an SGX-hosted Roxy-Pacific annual report, Kyoob Architects’ project page, a preserved exact-project brochure, the URA-derived dwelling dataset and current 99.co records.
The 222-home identity, three Tampines Road addresses and communal swimming-pool evidence are supported. Current dimensions, depths, condition, rules, coach access and legal completion date remain qualified or unverified where stated.
