District 16 Condo Swimming Lessons Directory

This directory groups evidence-qualified guides around Bedok, Tanah Merah and Upper East Coast. Completed and future developments are separated so planned facilities are not mistaken for presently operating pools.

Completed developments and resident enquiry guides

These guides concern completed residences. Current operation, the permitted pool area and external-instructor access still require confirmation.

  • D’Manor swimming lessons guide (completed 174-home Tanah Merah Kechil Avenue cluster development with project-listed common swimming and wading pools; current operation and external-coach access require confirmation)

Upcoming and completion-transition planning guides

These guides are for future planning. Project material does not establish TOP, handover, pool commissioning or present lesson access.

District 16 planning considerations

Large landscaped estates and compact urban projects can require very different lesson plans. Facility names alone do not establish depth, available distance, lane access, operating condition or permission for an external instructor.

Confirm entry logistics and the precise teaching area before scheduling. A resident enquiry does not reserve water space or override estate rules about coaching, equipment or participant numbers.

Travel between Bedok, Tanah Merah and Upper East Coast addresses can vary by entrance and peak-hour conditions. Include security processing and resident handover when assessing whether a recurring slot is realistic.

District 16 questions

Is a lap-pool label enough for stroke coaching?

No. The instructor must verify actual usable distance, wall clearance, depth, shared traffic and the approved lesson area.

How are future developments listed?

They remain clearly labelled for planning only until completion and current access are confirmed.

Access and onsite suitability

The resident must confirm the named instructor, visitor registration, resident accompaniment, permitted teaching area, coaching hours and equipment restrictions with the MCST or managing agent. An arrangement at one estate does not establish permission at another.

Before recurring lessons, the instructor should inspect depth changes, entry, wall clearance, shared traffic, deck condition, emergency access and lightning procedures. Lap, leisure, children, hydrotherapy, spa and decorative water are not interchangeable.
