Upcoming and completion-transition planning guides

These guides are for future planning. Project material does not establish TOP, handover, pool commissioning or present lesson access.

District 15 planning considerations

Coastal and resort-style descriptions do not establish a pool suitable for instruction. Confirm the exact permitted water area, weather procedures, usable distance, depth changes and separation from leisure or spa zones.

For children, clarify supervision, handover and lightning closure. Adults may prefer quieter off-peak times, while endurance or stroke correction requires adequate wall clearance and shared-lane awareness.

District 15 questions

Does sea proximity change lesson safety checks?

Weather and lightning procedures remain essential, but the decisive checks are the actual pool, deck, emergency access and management rules.

Are newly launched project pools available?

No. Planned facilities remain future-only until occupation, handover, commissioning and current access permission are verified.

Access and onsite suitability

The resident must confirm the named instructor, visitor registration, resident accompaniment, permitted teaching area, coaching hours and equipment restrictions with the MCST or managing agent. An arrangement at one estate does not establish permission at another.

Before recurring lessons, the instructor should inspect depth changes, entry, wall clearance, shared traffic, deck condition, emergency access and lightning procedures. Lap, leisure, children, hydrotherapy, spa and decorative water are not interchangeable.
